HTML emails Not rendering correctly

Hi allJust installed OSSTicket but am finding the email notifications don't render correctly. Has anyone seen this before?Stu

Thanks for the reply (and for removing the image . . . )!I'm just using the default that came with the download. There's only one available and it's the osTicket Default Template (HTML).I'm running this on Dreamhost and sending via PHP. AFAIK there's no email sanitisation going on. I did try sending it through my home SMTP server, but that made no difference.I also searched to see if there was a Plain Text template to download but ended up going round in circles.thanks for your help!Stu

when i look at the headers in the OSTicket emails the content type is "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8"Dreamhost Wiki say that it needs to be like this: // To send HTML mail, the Content-type header must be set$headers = "MIME-Version: 1.0\r\n";$headers .= "Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\r\n";I've got no idea where to change this . . .Stu

What version of osTicket are you using?

bizarre.. I'm running 1.8.0.1 on two separate sites and do not have the same problem, but then I also dont use DreamHost. I'll point this thread out to the devs.side note: Presuming that this is not a production site, or if you wanted to take the risk you could look at github and install the development version and see if it fixes the problem.
