Fresh install: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected

Hi im trying to install osticket on linux. I have uploaded all the necessary files, I am getting this syntax error when tying to setup.Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/an/ti/vi/mydomain.co.uk/public_html/Helpdesk/include/class.format.php on line 222

Are you sure that you are using PHP5.3 when you are running the installer? Because this sort of error seems to be experienced by those who do not actually have php5.3+ and/or have multiple versions of PHP installed and are running the scripts with the wrong version.

Im positive. I only have two options, 5.2 and 5.3. I have used <?php phpinfo() ?> result PHP Version 5.3.3

Fixed. There was a problem on hosting side
