I would like to use osTicket for an in-house IT department, I would like to know if i can do the following:1) Load customers in to osTicket via LDAP, our customers are all employees of the company. it would be nice to select them from a drop down or search when creating a ticket from a phone call.2) Load admin via LDAP. My staff change thier passwords in active directory often it would be nice to have admin accounts in osTicket ties to AD/LDAP also.Any help would be great.
