Hi!
I installed osTicket and setup 4 Departments (International Support, Billing, German Support and General). Each Department consists of 2 or more email-adresses. Currently there are 5 help agents. How to get it working that all agents get an alert if a new ticket was created in any Department? I activated " Department Members (spammy)" and created a group called "All" and activated all departments in it and set every as a group member. After that i created a new ticket and no staff member got notified. So what's the meaning of this option? Please help.
