Smtp Setting problem

Hello,Recently I get this error message and smpt mail send function doesnt work. I check the smtp server settings via outlook there is no problem. osTicket (1.8-git) installedSMTP Host smtp-mail.outlook.comport: 587Auth : yesError:authentication failure

I trust that you tried re-entering your password in the email control panel?Is your webserver allowed to talk to your mail server?Is there anything in your osTicket -> Admin panel -> Dashboard -> System logs?

Yes, re enter the passwordThere is no log in panelHosting company says there is no problem on servers. I going to change hosting company. We cant use the ticket system now.
