IMG width and height resets after you hit save changes.they reset to 0. affects html in emails and also on the pages.<img src="http://www.**************/support/OnsiteSupport.jpg" alt="*****************" width="0" height="0"> most email programs will still show the images up if they are Zero, but web browsers wont.Even if you remove the width and height completely they come back again. If you change it and hit save it saves, but if you go back into the HTML it shows them as Zero again. this is fine as long as you dont save it.Real pain if you have heaps of inserted images

You haven't really given us the information that we need to actually assist you. yeah sorry about that. In version 1.8.1. did upload an image by didnt save it. there is no specific url. Any page that you can enter in html in the wysiwyg editor. so any of the auto emails, landing page etc if you enter in <img src="http://www.**************/support/OnsiteSupport.jpg" alt="*****************" width="150" height="10"> Hit save (leave the page) then go back into the <> sourceyou will see the image is now:<img src="http://www.**************/support/OnsiteSupport.jpg" alt="*****************" width="0" height="0"> changed all dimensions to Zero.so if you go around the other way and remove the width and the height like this:<img src="http://www.**************/support/OnsiteSupport.jpg" alt="*****************"> Hit save (leave the page) then go back into the <> sourceyou will see the image is now:<img src="http://www.**************/support/OnsiteSupport.jpg" alt="*****************" width="0" height="0"> blank

1.8.1 has not been released yet, please revert to 1.8.0.1 until an official release.

sorry my bad it is v1.8.0.1you can replicate the issue easily, insert an image via html, leave then go back into the html editor and you will see it changes

I've tested this on both 1.8.1 and 1.8.0.1. across Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer (current versions) and a I am unable to replicate your issue. While it does add the height/width tags, the images are displayed in the ticket system on all three browsers that I tested with.The exception is that any emails generated by the system (that I sent to my gmail) didn't display the image. I'll point this out to the devs and ask them to take a look. I've also opened an issue on github. You can view it here: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/409
