Making changes to ticket details form

Hii upgraded from 1.6 to 1.8, finding my way around it with the new UI. had to change the way users input their data, had to put an extra field in "Staff Full Name" at the bottom. so now on the input form i have email address, full name, issue summary, and details.. Since I dont want staff to enter the name twice | would like to change the label "Full Name" to "School Name", i have tested entries and it works fine for me.. I have been looking through the code and kind find where the "Full Name" is located.. anyone? help please... thanks in advance..

Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details -> Full Name ?

yes the "full name" is there on the form. but what i need is when someone opens a new ticket i need the label "full name" to be "school name"it is not editable in the user information field. i have looked through the php files and can't find it. which php files do i need to edit to make this change on the new ticket form?thanks

It's not in a php file its in the database.This MySQL query ought to change it for you.UPDATE ost_form_field SET label='School Name' WHERE Label='Full Name';warning: I have no idea if there are any other ramifications for making this change.

I found the entry in the database and changed it. will be testing on spare server and see if it messes up anything else. I did something like this in a php file in ver 1.6 and im sure it was fine, but 1.8 is using a completely different data model.thanks for your help
