Captcha not appearing for registered users..

OsTicket 1.8.1Hi,I have troubles with opening a ticket for a registered user. The Captcha is not displaying which makes the form not able to validate and an indefinite "Missing or invalid data - check the errors and try again" . So no possibility for a registered user to make a new ticket.I've seen subjects like this for previous versions, but the fix seems not to work anymore.ThanksFranswa

Have you tried shutting off CAPTCHA as a temporary work around?What web browser are you using? (and have you tried others?)
