Hello,Was looking into your system and I like it. However I didnt find basic functions there maybe I am just blind.AS we dont have any clients and want to use ticket system just internally I hit close on client side.Then logged as staff and tried to create ticket. But then it was ignoring me that I am logged in already and wanted me to create another user under client side even when client side was closed in settings.Is there any other settings to close client side completelly and have just staff tickets system only ?Also we have one guy who is looking on unassigned queue and assigning tickets to proper team... But in assign to some1 is required comment on that. IS that possible to disable comments for assigning tickets as it takes only time to write over and over assigned ticket cause I am the one who is assigning them.Probably missed those settings as its pretty basic functionality but even with search on this forum I didnt find any solution for this :(
