Hi, wonder if someone could help?I am trying to remove formatting for phone number fields, so I can use UK phone numbers.At present if I enter, for example, 01234 567890 it get reformatted to 1234567890, which doesnt worki with our screen based phone dialler.I have changed the phone fields to unformatted, but there is not the option to do this on ticket details, Can this be done by editing the DB directly?any help appreciatedDave
Changing the type drop down on the telephone variable to short or long answer ought to have the desired effect. Unless your specifically looking for a UK formatted telephone number option.
Ah, I get it nowThe user information fields in the ticket details form are actually edited in the contact details form :)Should be OK now, thanks for the reply.
