I have a single email address setup (helpdesk@) which is working fine. I've added several aliases to this email box (help.design@, help.marketing@) and when an email is sent to one of those specific addresses, I want the ticket created for the respective department (Design, Marketing).I've setup both emails and departments, and set the default address for the department. Tickets to the specific addresses still go to the default department. I've also added a ticket filter (Target: Emails, Email equals help.design@domain.com) with the same result.What am I missing here?
