Since upgrading to 1.8 (like the new features btw) I have been getting this error:******************ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access /osticket/scp/tickets.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.******************
I can login but cannot create new tickets. Sometimes I can reply, not sure if it's linked to closing the ticket on reply. I got the 404 figured out but I cannot fix the 403. The folder permissions are 755 (like normal) the file permissions are set to 644. I am assuming, because I cannot say for sure, that this setting is the same before the upgrade. I have already tried setting the file's permissions to 755, no change.
Basically I'm just really confused because I didn't make a change on the server and this didn't happen after the last two upgrades.
