I have searched the mod forum, but i am not able to find if there is such a mod available.
I need to set a start date on tickets, and set the status from, for instance, low to high on the indicated start date. Is there such a mod available?
this is a very interesting concept. There is a mod which calculates an auto time sheet. But I have not personally found a mod which allows a start time to be set. I'd imagine the only way this would be useful is if your using OS ticket in a dev shop when the tickets are not always actioned as soon as they arrive.
