Allow attachments?

have osTicket installed properly, I have updated the same in Italian,

I should now enable the ability to upload attachments,

from settings / attachments /

I enable the option Allow attachments:

I press save changes and I get the following error:

The folder must be valid and writable

how to fix this?

Attachment folder

osTicket save the attachments in a folder called "attachments". Check if the folder exist and if it have write permission (permission 755 should be sufficent).

the folder "attachments" is not exist. how do I create? as active?

ostickets saves the files in whichever folder you tell it too...

look at:

Admin Panel > Settings > Attachments > Attachment Folder

this needs to be the full path to the folder... ie: /var/www/upload

Are you hosting your osticket install on a windows or nix box?
