We have a server with osticket 1.6 st.
our server is linux Centos 5 32 Bits
php 5.3.13, Mysql 5.5.24
We have been experimenting some issues with the application at the moment a staff member make a search, when the search is ID ticket results are instantaneous, but when is a word or part of a word, system get freeze and web browser keeps saying "waiting xxxx.com"
can anyone give us some advice about this problem?
PS: we have been detect in the "show processlist;" mysql command that there is a query with the status "copying to tmp table" and the "select" is from the file tickets.inc.php on the /includes/staff/ directory.
Any help will be appreciate.
