Hi guys,I am an IT manager of a spanish company and I start implementing osTicket solution for our company, firstly I install osTicket 1.6 from QuickInstall in my VPS but it was the 1.6 version, after research on the net I detect that version 1.7.3 is online and I upgrade my old instalation, but nowadays I see that 1.8 is released and maybe in near future translate functions will be avaiable. At these point my question is: Is good way wait for the first translatable version or there is no problem to upgrade my 1.7.3 version and don't loose any changes, for example the email templates ( I translate it manually), the CSS mods, the uploaded images, etc... ?Actual status: http://suport.olympiagrup.comThanks to all.Miquel
