Hello,I've just installed the latest version of OSTicket and everything appears to be working fine aside from one thing. I am using email piping (through Cpanel alias - followed your documentation)Scenario:A user creates a ticket (sends an email to my support@ address) - Ticket is created fine, user is notified etc. All good.If the user then creates a new ticket (emails support@) without responding to the original ticket (brand new email basically) they get sent an error email:This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of itsrecipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: pipe to |/home/user/public_html/domain.com/support/api/pipe.php generated by support@domain.com local delivery failedAnd lots of error related info underneath this.Naturally I had set osTicket to allow only one ticket for someone at a time, when I turn it to unlimited (or more than 1 ticket allowed) the error isn't produced as the user won't meet the restriction but I want to allow only 1 support ticket at a time. I can't do this if the users are spammed by this error.Mail Sending: SMTPMail Fetching/Receiving: POPPHP version - PHP 5.3.28Operating System - CentOSIf someone could help me I'd appreciate it!Thanks
