Mail fetching - connection refused

Very strange - I have several other applications that can connect and use my Exchange server, but OST consistently displays a 'connection refused' whether using POP/IMAP and SSL or no encryption.

One thread suggested disabling SELinux on the host server, but mine was already disabled. I'm running CentOS on the server and Exchange 2010 on the mail server. Firewalls are OFF on both at the moment.

Any ideas?

what posrts are you using?

for my exchange box i have to use 993 and have SSL enabled for it to work.

Using the standard 143 or 993 if SSL - working on the mail server today to see if I can learn anything.
