I get an error when replying to a ticket stating "Unable to Acquire Lock on the ticket. Someone else could be working on the same ticket" - If I hit ok it works fine, but how can I eliminate this error pop up as it's annoying?

Please help us to help you by reading and following this thread: Please read before requesting assistance.If you are getting it then there is either 1: a problem with your configuration or installation or hosting configuration, or 2: another user has opened the ticket and is viewing it.  You can go to Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> and change "Ticket Auto-lock Time:" to 0.  Which should disable ticket locking.Since you haven't given us the information to assist you that's the best answer I can give you.
