I tried searching through the forum for the answer but couldn't find one. If the topic has already been discussed someone direct me to the thread please.
For every communications between say customer and staff, emails are sent out not only alerting them but the emails contains the actual replies or content.
How do I set up the system in such a way that only alerts are sent out that reply has been made, without including the actual reply content on the body of the email?
This is so as to ensure that no sensitive info is sent out via email and communications are strictly on the ost system.
