I have been trying to follow this thread with no success:

Props to Scott, but he seems to be fairly busy so I have turned here.
As it stands, OSticket truncates tickets to a default of 35 Days which doesn't accurately reflect old tickets.
I'm trying to locate the quickest and most efficient solution.
I appreciate any input you may have on the subject.
