hi fellow users,I have installed OsTicket 1.7.1 on a virtual
machine with windows server 2008 R2 standard. Once I am able to
successfully setup email piping and auto respond etc, then I will
install it on my company web server. So, now I want email piping to work and test it out, my email server (web server) is different server.I am totally confused on this and need urgent help, I would really appreciate someone coming forward and helping me on this.I am completely new to this, and most of the help articles are based on
