First, sorry if this in the wrong place. We are running 1.8 git. Our setup is two departments at multiple locations. Each location has dedicate staff assigned to said departments. We are trying to use ticket filters to auto assign tickets to the person at the location and help topic. I have a custom field named location. Is it possible to have the ticket auto assign based off of topic and the custom field "location"? For instance, if a person puts in a ticket with help topic "one" and selects location "one" it goes to Bob but if the person selects topic two and the same location it goes to Mike instead. Right now with the filter criteria location set everything goes to the one person despite topic/department.
