I realise this could be a coincidence but since upgrading to 1.7.3 i am all of a sudden receiving daily spam tickets ( never occurred prior to upgrade ). I use CAPTCHA for new tickets and I notice from the release notes that CAPTCHA was modified to be case insensitive this release. Seems like this could possibly be a cause. Anyone experienced this / have any info on it?
