Using osTicket 1.6
If I create a premade reply using the variable: %assigned_staff
and a member of staff creates a ticket using the above premade reply and assigns the ticket to a staff member
the resulting message replaces %assigned_staff with a blank space " ".
Is that to be expected or is it not possible to use this variable in the premade replies ?
Additionally if I attempt to do the same with the variable %assignee the resulting message does not replace the variable at all eg "%assignee"
Is it not possible to add the assigned staff or assignee to the premade reply message ?
