I am using email piping to receive tickets which is working great. I'd like to expand this a bit though and setup a way to assign tickets to a department or staff member, (whichever is easiest) based on which email address the user sent to. For instance, I have emails going to questions@my domain which are working fine. I also setup an alias of reports@my domain which goes to the same place.
I'd like to see if there's a way to designate which email address was the destination when piping the ticket.
