Huh It seems I missed this post. @[deleted]: With my Cisco Phones I log into the control panel. Once in, click on the settings tab, then click on the messages tab, under forward messages as emails, check the box, add your email address and click apply. The subject of the email says something like "Fwd: Voice Message from XXX-XXX-XXXX to XXX-XXX-XXXX" and the message is from a telephone number. The email has an attachment and the voicemail attachment is a .wav file. I personally am not using this because I didn't like it. There is no video on how to do this to my knowledge but I also haven't looked. YMMV especially if you have a different set of Cisco Phones than I do. @[deleted]: Generally speaking osTicket assumes that if someone calls your staff that your staff opens a ticket for the caller.
