Hello!

I had this problem I think with a change in PHP version but I'm not sure. When a ticket came in with a filename that was linked in the email (i.e. img632384.jpg) it used to say img632384.jpg (). Now it doesn't include that part behind the filename.

Does anyone know how to get this back how it was?
