Anyone have a mod to edit the user fields? I have had a couple clients make a ticket now who had a type-o with the email address. I just created a new ticket and cut and paste everything over but it sure would be a lot easier to just be able to edit the field. (Same with phone number, name, and the subject field as some people put some real stupid things in the subject fields) lol
I have the exact request but i still cannot find a mod for this.
Out users use dumb 'subjects' or no subject at all what makes it hard to identify a problem. I need the possibility to edit at least it's subject but other fields would be helpfull too!

No need mod for edit ticket
If your staff has been assigned to a usergroup which has the ability "Can Edit Tickets", then from the view ticket page, simply click on "Edit Ticket" link.
