1) Is it a known bug that when you click refresh in ticket view, that if there are no new tickets to POP down that the view jumps back in to the last open ticket?
2) After creating a ticket via the web interface, the response is:
A support ticket (#XXXXXX) has been created and a member of our reception team will get back to you shortly.
ie the ticket number is not being echoed back correctly
Have to say that osTicket is a fabulous OS product & we are hugely endebted to the guys that right it
