SMTP problems

I have a problem with the SMTP :

It returned this error message :

Unable to email via mail.immigraction.ca

Validation failed for: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?"Aide=20en=20ligne=20de?==?ISO-8859-1?Q?=20LE?= =?ISO-8859-1?Q?GIT-QU=C3=89BEC"?=

someone could help me ?

Try configuring an email client (like Outlook) and see if you can get it to work. If you can't then its the account. If you can then it should help you with knowing the exact settings to put into OST to make it work. (server, port, username, password.) Have tried disabling "Authentication Required?"
