In the previous version, banning an email was a three click process: open the ticket, click Ban and Close, and confirm

In this version, it's now a five click process and then some: open the ticket, scroll up, click Ban, confirm, scroll up, click Close, confirm. I'd much prefer having the option using the old method.

Yes, I completely agree.Vicerious, did you find a solution? Even just removing the auto scroll would help.
