Hi there,
In the admin panel when I select "Enable Captcha on new web tickets" and save. The image beside the check box shows a broken image icon. Therefore on the submit new ticket page there is no captcha text visible. THere is no "X" or broken image on the actual submit ticket page. Just a blank space after "Captcha Text: "Where Captcha should be is blank" ______Enter the text shown on the image."
Any ideas? Thanks.
