When a client submits a Ticket, they get a Ticket Number of all X's.

Internally I can see legitimate Ticket Numbers.

How do I get Ticket Numbers to show to the CLient?

1. You should really read the link provided by Grizly.

2. You posted this in the wrong section of the forums. This did not appear until 1.7.2, so you are clearly not using 0.x - 1.5.

3. This is not a bug, its intentional, and this has been covered many times on the forums.

4. Did you try (search)?
