Custom box on ticket

Could I modify the ticket page to include the fields I want or to modify the fields that are already there?

There are a number of really good tutorials in the forum which explain how to add fields. I'm new to coding with OSTicket and I've learnt a lot in a very short time.

For instance look up the simple status mod post. I think that will point you in the right direction to begin with.

You can do it for sure, I have done more that 100 changes in OSTicket :)
