I am having same problem...
I have just installed osticket yesterday for my website... and I have mostly set things up but am not getting a email to client stating we have recieved there ticket .... or anything.... can you point me to where it shows how to set this up so i know what i am doing... I have the emails set up just not sure how to do the smtp set up.. any help would be great..:
i also don't know what email to set up for response for ticket submission.... i have there set up..
