how can I configuration pipe used to create ticket via email?

I check the Wiki, how to setup pipe, but also can not to create ticket via email.

I personally think that the easiest way to setup mail is to use IMAP or POP.

Set up Cron (or Windows Task Scheduler) to run the cron.php

Create an account on your mail server.

Put the credentials into OSTicket.

Send a test email to the account you created.
