Hello World,

we're looking to a an option to better sort/filter the tickets in the ticket view.

- add "Department"

- add "Last Message From"

- show email-adress instead of "Full Name"

- best would be to configure some views by myself and choose what view I want to use at the moment.

(that was one of the nice feature in our old ticket system Cerberus)
