Hi - managed to trace most I think, but when viewing ticket it still says Subject when logged in as admin.
Anyone know where I can change this - needs to be order number.

With out being able to see the code (with your modifications) I would guess that the culprit would be:
/include/staff/viewticket.inc.php
Search for "Subject". In an unmodified source it would be circa line 88.
