I've failed to get cron working locally so have given easycron.com a go, but on testing get:
"cron.php only supports local cron calls - use http -> api/tasks/cron"
Anyway around this please?
Thanks

Hi Mark,
Where did you place the script? Can you access the script directly via browser successfully?
We edited our tutorial (http://www.easycron.com/tutorials/how-to-set-up-cron-job-for-osticket(http://www.easycron.com/tutorials/how-to-set-up-cron-job-for-osticket) ).
Now it should work. Because we carefully tested it, and it works for us!
