I am performing a brand new installation of osTicket. Using the Installer Script and received an error in setting up the database:

Database connection information Unable to connect to MySQL server. php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

I am fairly certain my hostname is different from 'localhost' (my mySQL instance may even be on an entirely different server). When I change the Hostname to 'localhost' I get this error:

Database connection information Unable to connect to MySQL server. No such file or directory

Any assistance getting this installation up and running would be greatly appreciated.
