I would like to know if below thing in possible in OSTicket.
Tickets raised by XYZ department are to be assigned automatically to person ABC Only.
Say for example, EDP Department containing 50 customers & "eric" user is responsible for EDP Department. So, If any one want to launch a complaint, it should automatically assigned to "eric" user only, not other supportive staff.
