is there a diagram showing flow of data through osticket?

ideally i'd like to be able to see the process of how an email is processed through osticket from reciept, to creating a ticket and which php pages are used and then how a reply email is sent.

there is quite a lot of background work and varaibles that are held in different places, it would be very useful for debugging.
