i have an osticket installation 1.6, with italian language, installed with w2003 server.
all worked fine but a few weeks ago the program started to hangs when i create or update tickets.
how can i track the problem?

I am not aware of an Italian version of OSTicket 1.6 ST. The basics would be to look at what has changed on the server (software updates), as well as looking at the logs for php, mysql, and the webserver.
