we do not use osticket with email submissions, everything is entered from a web browser. Currently the only way stale ticket reminders get sent out is by an admin logging in. I would like to set this up as a cron job. Methods listed in this forum but they are not working. wget does not seem to run from the crontab file and does nothing when from from a treminal. The PHP method will run from the crontab entry but nothing happens. I have a feeling that is it because I don't use email so the job errors out before looking for stale tickets.
Any thoughts?
