I have read up on cron jobs to fetch emails and I have seen the auto cron based on user activity but neither will do what I need.
I don't use email based tickets this is strictly in house web use. I need to get the cron job to send out stale tickets. I followed the direction on this page but nothing is sent. I do get log entries stating the job has run.

What do I need to do to get the stale ticket email sent without an admin logging in?
