I am unsure if this has been suggested before but the Search function does not return results for the related keywords I entered.
Are there plans for agent collision notices? Is another agent already warned if an agent is working on a ticket?
EDIT: I see there is a locking mechanism, but are there plans for a better method of agent collision notification? I think a simple message at the top of the ticket would be sufficient instead of locking the ticket.
