I am wondering if anyone knows if its possible to populate the open ticket form with a URL Variable? I would like to send people who are logged in to our website over to the ticket system and it would be great if they could have their name and email etc.. info pre filled into the form from the url. I have already implemented Masino mod to show different fields from the url (located here) But I would love to be able to take it one step better and fill in the form form a similar structure. Has this type of mod been done? I am not sure I can figure it out myself but I am going to try. So any help would really be appreciated.

Found a way
Well that was actaully very easy with a simple google search. here is what i did . If anyone knows a better way or sees a problem with this method please let me know. But this does seem to work quite well.
