Right now we are limited in the attachment area.

A user is only able to attach one file per submission ... which results in cluttered feedback in case a user wants to attach a bigger number of files.

It would be perfect if osTicket would allow to attach several files at once - maybe being limited by a setting in the admin-control panel.
