I just recently started using osTicket and I am very happy so far.
Unfortunately I found an issue today. Some emails are not fetched from the IMAP inbox.
From what I could identifiy so far are all emails with impossible emailaddresses.
As I have emails coming in sent by servers about the status (swap, diskspace, etc.) they have a reply to address like this: user@server01
All emails with such addresses are skipped on the import and also no warning is shown in the admin panel.
Anyone got an idea what I have to do to import them as well? As I want to see what is going on there? Otherwise it could be that something important gets forgotten as there is no ticket for it.
